Pros

- Some of the team are brilliant, happy and helpful. They hold up the company and are great role models. - Beautiful product. - Possibly the nicest looking office you'll ever see. - Cafe is amazing. - A few inspiring and rewarding moments.

Cons

- Management. Newer management is wildly under-skilled and highly dependant on those below them to complete the majority of the teams workload. "Toxic" is commonly used word to describe it. - Pay is poor, you will be put on the low end of your positions average salary with the promise of pay increases with each positive review. Yet these raises will never come and instead you will be given a slew of half arsed reasons as to why they can't appropriately pay you. You will also be shunned for discussing pay in a bid to keep supress this realisation. - Excessive workload, no appreciation. As stated above, you will be expected to work above your role to carry the workload of your manager, yet you will never be rewarded. If you push back, you will be treated as though you are not a team player. It is not safe to voice your concerns over this. - Company direction is all over the place, actions frequently contradict the company principles, the constant changes in team priorities is disorientating. - Extremely minimal work perks. The "discretionary bonus scheme" listed on every job advert hasn't been true for roughly three years now, with seemingly no intention to bring it back. It is a simple lie used to hire new staff in a pinch. - Recent staff turnover has been dizzying. Not surprising given the above points. Staff has gone from being the most valued asset, then as of roughly 2020 you are now seemingly disposable at best, and with each member that leaves, massive amounts of company knowledge is lost with them. Explaining why new management is not only unqualified as they were desperately hired to fill a role, but also now causing this massive staff turnover due to their lack of willingness to improve and the company itself not valuing it's most important asset.

Pros

Very few besides the dismal pay and nearly nonexistent hours.

Cons

There are many. Overworked, underpaid, never appreciated. Horribly run company that does not pay their techs consistently. The owners do not care about customers or employees.
