Pros
The pay is nice, the office is nice, some of the people there are genuinely great.
Cons
Micromanaging, Big-Brother levels of surveillance, unrealistic expectations all around, publicly portrayed work culture is a facade, for a customer service oriented company it is entirely driven by unattainable metrics for employees rather than performance or quality of work which forces technicians into meta-gaming an already broken system which in turn breeds workplace rivalry instead of the "friendly competition" it appears as on paper. Terrible health insurance offerings for families. It's also worth noting that HR urges employees to go to GlassDoor and leave (positive) reviews early in their start with the company. I found this very odd at first, and in hindsight, very scummy.
