Pros

Company is divided into 3 divisions: Utility and manufacturing, Telco and Public, and Financial industry. All divisions with directors responsible for entire unit and business plus delivery director has own P & L responsibility and full range of PMs, specialists, analytics in internal as well as external resources pool. Is up to the management onto local level to provide share-holders with up to 25% profit from Gross revenues.

Cons

There aren’t repeatable solutions or project in Prague office among division. There is small marketing budget for customer events and huge budget for intercompany meetings among Prague, Bratislava and Budapest. Unfortunately there is no repeatable or transferable solution or project among offices. As Ness doesn’t lives with customers intensively, because of low marketing-event budget, is often coming late to RFI and RFP. Israeli president of Europe doesn’t want spent more money with customers and prefers cozy inter-company meetings in Apls etc.

Pros

No that I can think of

Cons

One of the worst jobs I have ever had. The recruiter promised me a range of salary and when it was time to actually land somewhere she did not offer what was discussed and low balled me. Told me I was greedy and I pushed back saying It's not what we discussed. I was able to lock in the low part of that range but then she does a bait and switch on me telling me the role is fully remote. Then I am being told and yelled at to come into a office when that is not what was discussed or in my offer letter. I had a manager who sat in another country and on day one of meeting them, they chewed me out for not going into a office when I already had pre- engagements before taking the job and let everyone know multiple times. It wasn't even a hello how are you, it was a full on yelling match at me, for not being in and if I have done this at "other companies". People I worked with did my job and kept over stepping and I couldn't do my role because a PM kept doing all the design work. Eventually, I say down with HR to voice concerns and decided to leave the role since its not what was promised or discussed. Awful company with awful people who will throw you under the bus at any point in time.
