Suffice to say, there are no pros.

I was headhunted to fill in a client services role, while my manager and the man child founder were bumping heads trying to seem more important. This was a funny experience. Two absolutely incompetent individuals, each with less work experience than me trying to undermine my capabilities to come out shining. The founder is a moron and it’s funny because it’s true. They didn’t give me my full & final settlement and honestly, it was too little money to worry about so I asked them for a letter of experience at the minimum but they added more tasks to my list. Eventually I just gave up, but this much is for sure - nobody has to put up with such childish buffoonery. Just go someplace else.
