Pros

Good salaries, easy to negotiate

Cons

Everyone is very unprofessional. The CEO doesn't know how to lead and assing tasks to others. Not a proper structure of the company, not even an internal presentation. The Head of Business doesn't have a proper onboarding process, doesn't explain and also doesn't take the time to introduce the team members to the goals. Really not a nice place to work.

Pros

Nice people, very friendly atmosphere among colleagues. company culture grows from only in the bottom, so you have quite big chance to make good friends.

Cons

Not experienced management, constant usage of very demotivating tactics, management is not honest, strong internal politics. lack of working structures, almost not existing communication between departments. lack of trust and lack of security. People often complain among each other that they feel used. constant rotation of people makes it difficult to build a team - due to unexpected firing - you loose your colleagues (or job) from one day to another. HR/legal department instead of helping employees tries constantly to find tricks how to bend the law and avoid employer's responsibilities. quite strong pressure/expectation to work not paid over-hours. lack of experienced team members, no mentors, no support, no educational materials - if you want to learn anything you are on your own.

Pros

Good company social atmosphere, free breakfast and soft drinks, fast-paced work. Great office and location, great team-spirit within teams and departments. Exciting company and potential.

Cons

The company was chaotic during the time I was with them. There was bad communication between departments, and miscalculations and over-confidence in the product, along with decisions which hadn't been properly thought through and lots of pressure for little reward led to many staff members feeling stressed and under-appreciated.
