      Experience, knowledgeable & diverse teams Great Work Culture and Environment Strong training culture Good work benefits and salaries are to market levels Encourages to promote from within where possible

      Due to size of company career progression can come up as a con but recently showing opportunities for progression from within.

      Pros

      Staff is always willing to help Everyone is respectful Very friendly environment Trips to meet at least twicebor once a year Generous number of leave days Great supply of all equipment needed including 2 monitors and a laptop etc

      Cons

      No real benefits outside of holidays if outside Ireland
