Advancement for junior analysts may be a touch slow, but there are still a lot of opportunities for them.

Nice office space, coworkers are nice and company events are fun.

Horrible communication by management. Was often left on read when asking for clarity or assistance. Was expected to take on complex responsibilities with little training or assistance by management. Given short notice to complete time consuming tasks, then was reprimanded for not having sufficient time to complete tasks. Toxic work environment. Not supported by management or team whatsoever. Don't recommend.
