Net Impact is a impact focused nonprofit, doing great work and developing employees along the way.

Cons
I'm not sure this is an area of concern, but Net Impact is a small organization so there are limited opportunities for advancement beyond Sr. Manager. As a result, there's a predictable amount of turnover in the lower/middle levels. More often than not, people move on to go to grad school.
At more senior levels, the organization has a low tolerance for individuals who cannot work hard and deliver strong results. I admire this high-standard, but this can be challenging to people used to working in other nonprofit cultures where expectations are lower. When you first join, the message is clear that you should be 100% focused on getting up to speed and delivering results, showing that you are a good investment and can push the org closer to goals. Although the org is flex and fun, I would advise future employees to ensure they prove that hiring them was a good decision first!
