Pros
Good technology and product, although competition is strong. All the social media listening platforms currently in the market look more and more similar one to each other.
Cons
A lot of confusion in the Services and Sales team for what I could see and experience directly and indirectly. Roles and responsibilities were not always clear across the company, and the fact that many people work remotely from home (on so many different timetables around the world) often didn't help the communication overall. Although most people were nice and collaborative, some of them happened to be totally unprofessional, or even rude, on several occasions with me (which I reported to HR). Zero on-boarding, but instead "learn by doing", which for some people resulted in slowness in learning and frustration. Chatting with my boss (at a certain point soon, a person became my new boss, without any introduction or else) was often a waste of time, frequently just frustrating and boring. No vision, no clarity around projects, no professional growth. A lot of fluff. I felt sorry for my boss during many of those meetings. Everything was a bit up in the air - this was the general feeling, and tasks very frequently improvised in my team. Projects were not really challenging nor interesting. Methodology around analysis and pulling insights was not very sound. When I tried to propose some ideas, as well as (basic) processes and templates, the answer I received was that 'flexibility is key'. (So I decided to become flexible - so flexible that I resigned shortly. Sadly, many other people left during the following months in the same office where I worked. It's sad because they were all very good, hard-working folks, but lack of direction and some questionable treatments ended up in this result).
