The view from the window

The environment is poorly managed, and the culture feels unhealthy. Communication is inconsistent, and processes are disorganized. My experience was extremely disappointing. Management appeared far more focused on cutting costs than building a productive, respectful workplace. Overall, the experience was stressful and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional environment.
