Contractors and employees are treated equally. You never feel like a second-class citizen. The management goes out of their way to include everyone in everything. The hours are flexible and you are treated with respect. As long as you get your work done, leaving for appointments and even working from home is allowed. You are made to feel like you are an important part of the product. It is a very collaborative environment.

Sometimes it can get distracting because of the open environment, but on those days, you can always work from home. Things can feel unorganized, but I do think management is trying to address this and mature as the company grows.

Interesting niche domain that gives new problems to solve everyday.

Where do I start? The management uses scare tactics to extract their pound of proverbial flesh from poor employees. Some team mates are downright bullies and will criticize you and your ideas just for fun. The CTO is someone who is tone deaf and doesn't have the heart to take feedback, but would gladly bully you. If you value your peace of mind, avoid at all costs. The tech stack is trash and full of bugs. Customers are treated with disdain and profanities behind their backs.
