It is a good exposure to work in Netforce Infotech. I am very pleased to have a healthy work culture and co-operative team members. The best thing is that they allow employees to work independently and explore their forte areas and utilize it in the growth of the company as well as of the employee.
Cons
Parties and outdoor trips should be increased so that employees get to know each other more often.
