Decent enough benefits, especially if you get HSA. Decent enough pay. Good snacks & drink options in office.
Cons
Benefit & pay discrimination. CEO & President egos. 4-day in-office mandate (randomly announced in an email from CEO on a Saturday afternoon). Laying off & firing frequently. CEO being ok with employee attrition & then having to hire a bunch of people again. A company full of white folk having a summer party on Juneteenth, which they did not acknowledge whatsoever. Announcing said summer party the same day they let go of 10 people - which is a lot for this company size. People are afraid to show up to work as their full selves because they don’t fit the typical mold of the founders’ views & beliefs (you’ll understand why quickly). Unlimited PTO has an “unspoken” limit of 20 days. This happened to multiple people. Morale is low - shocking, right?
