      Pros

      Netop offers a very flexible, empowering and trusting environment where each individual is asked to be a leader and initiative and ownership is the driving forces behind the daily life. The company has a true upside and has the potential to make it very big. It is well funded, has a ton of existing customers and the technology and the problems its solves is the main focus of the company as of now. Very relaxed atmosphere where work/life balance is truly exercised and you are given a large amount of freedom to execute on your individual goals.

      Cons

      Global company with offices around the world - it can be difficult interacting effectively due to time differences.

      Pros

      Strong focus now on re-programming and re-developing the core of the product to be market leading in secure remote control. Great Danish values of leadership. Great future opportunities for those who will stick with this company during the re-launch process.

      Cons

      A past history of not focusing enough on putting technology first - which we are fortunately doing now. A past with a management who focused on new products and buying new companies in stead of being the best at what they are the best at - which is secure remote control.
