Pros
If you are looking to get out of a silo'd level 1 position and get some networking and admin experience, Netrix has plenty of work for you.
Cons
Remember to ask THEM questions during the interview. Why are you hiring a brand new team of techs? How many groups of techs has the company seen leave? Why are people leaving the company? If they ask you for 3 references, ask them for 3 of their own as well. Remember, the market is in YOUR favor and this is a place to get experience and get out. Management is awful and lives in their own world. Huge disconnect between 'Sales' and 'Operations', the only 2 departments in the company. Heavy drama from Patty. All the time. She tries to appear casual and does not understand why she can't connect with humans. This makes it difficult as she considers herself as the top dog of the office and everyone else (Renee and Mike excluded, maybe) beneath her. Office drama was at an all time high and people who chose not to participate, found new jobs. With few exceptions, everyone that has stayed here for an extended amount of time feed into it. In short, while this place can give you a lot of experience to push your IT career forward. But that's only if you are willing to get brow-beaten into submission. There are LOTS of places that are hiring, keep looking!
