      Pros

      Non sales culture was great. Fun events.

      Cons

      Worst sales management I've ever seen - very unprofessional, misogynistic, lack of structure. Leadership allows this even though HR has gotten involved for many different cases and employees. Almost quit sales altogether because of this experience but there is better out there.
