Company culture is excellent from the top down. Pay feels fair. Professional but laid back. Great leadership with open door policies (they honestly care about their employees). Great vision. Great support. Great people. Great transparency. Continuous growth in business and revenue. Multiple lanes for upward mobility (and new positions can be created). Profit share bonuses at the 2 year mark. 401k (with a capped match). Company paid health, dental, and vision insurance (free) for individuals. Reimbursement for qualified certifications successfully obtained with a pay increase for obtaining the cert. New and seasoned employees have a voice that matters.
Cons
While staff does continue to grow, at times, it can feel like staff in various departments is expanding slower than demand is asking. Currently, this demand is met by employee volunteers always willing and happy to put in extra time and/or effort to meet said demand.
Adding others to the individual (free) insurance plan gets a little expensive.
