      Pros

      Great products. Great opportunity. Reliance invested so fairly good stability.

      Cons

      Deeply loss making. The new leadership especially the CTO is a scheming lot with the intent to not build any substantial value but just play to survive. Failed launched of In.com and Cricket next Sub optimal talent is being hired and good talent is not encouraged
