This is a company that focuses on delivering technology solutions - when a lot of larger companies can't + the company has a reputation for technical excellence AMONG high-tech companies + nimble, aggressive, driven + management is responsive to business opportunities - able to pivot quickly and execute + communication is encouraged - everyone is heard + tight group of people - easy, open communication amongst them (have lunch with them and see) + good mix of FTEs and Contractors - they are not saddled with a "one size fits all" approach + good range of performance incentives - for management and analysts + company's outlook is flexible, protean - willing to try new things + company's management structure is lean - very little wasted activity (Al doesn't let that happen) + company is undergoing fast growth - 35% for year (as of 11/2011)
Cons
- the company doesn't have the resources to do all the initiatives it would like to - company contributions to the 401K would be nice - company needs to better capture account information and ideas
