Pros

The technology and processes are easy to use and follow.

Cons

Pay is low for the industry. Workload is non-stop and the culture does not allow "breaks" even though they say you are allowed to take breaks. Employee reviews are not consistent with promotion or development. The promote a "Family" environment, however, they do not do ANYTHING to foster it. Everything is scrutinized and reviewed but the employee gets zero feedback. Turnover is incredibly high for a company this size, which should tell you all you need to know. They cannot hire, develop, or retain talent in any meaningful way due to incompetence or greed. Bottom line is, this place will chew you up and spit you out after you have served your purpose. You will not get a promotion, you will not receive any specialized training, you will not be given any chances to make mistakes or voice your personal opinions. You will be given the opportunity to be "released" from your position at any moment on any day with no warning or chance for correction.

Pros

Remote work environment and continued learning encouraged but not at your own pace.

Cons

Indoctrination to the NTP Cult required or you will not be in favor of management. Upper management consists of two employees without an IT background and the owner. 40-45 hours of work are required and every minute accounted for in timecards with a "suggested" study time of 10 hours per week. If this is not met peer pressure will make sure it is met the following week. Any differing view to the owner or upper management is taken with a smile and punished through cloak and dagger dealings. The business overcharges customers for inadequate service in most aspects. The service desk is understaffed as part of the business model and the project team is pieced together by inept workers. This is not the engineers fault, the company does not pay enough for talent in most cases and expect people to fail on the client's dime as a learning experience without training.
