-Supportive managers -Atmosphere welcoming (both upper management and fellow researchers) -Beneficial perks -Everyone very personable and easy to talk to -Nice lab space and great view of downtown -Easy to focus to science but also collaborate/talk to people on different teams about assorted problems
Chief People Officer is not a kind person, she is incredibly fake as she appears nice at first, but it later becomes clear, she should NOT be in this position.
Overall, they are disorganized and it took me months and many follow up emails to hear back from them.
