Pros

Few, if any. Sometimes coworkers support each other.

Cons

-Unreliable payroll and no paystub access -Dishonest, manipulative leadership -Leadership has no respect for their staff or well-being. Employees are undervalued, manipulated, and walked on for the benefit of the executive leadership. -Sudden terminations without notice -Lack of regard for employees’ families or well-being

Pros

-Having the best team that you work with daily. Usually, the small teams you work with aren't the problem. My coworkers were friendly and helpful in teaching me what I needed to know. My direct superior was a glowing example of everything I wanted to be. There are many amazing people on staff there who exceed expectations and do more work than they're recognized for! Kudos to them. -Great opportunity for learning! If you have a skill you need to improve, it's a good place to gain experience. Would only recommend if you're looking for short-term employment and experience to put on your resume.

Cons

-Uncomfortable work environment. You always feel like you're walking on eggshells in that place. Especially with how terminations and layoffs are handled and how *frequently* someone is getting fired, you don't necessarily feel like a valued employee. -There was always some kind of episodic drama happening behind the scenes, lots of workplace gossip, and underhanded interactions with management. You always feel like you're next on the chopping block. Felt very replaceable and undervalued by higher-level management. -There was a lot of religious talk in the workplace that's not entirely professional. If not everyone is encouraged in their differences, then nobody should discuss faith at all. If you have any other faith or belief outside of Protestant Christianity, you don't necessarily feel comfortable talking about it there. Not that I ever would. I'd definitely be judged. Could do without that. -Human Resources should be an entity that protects its employees, not makes them uneasy.
