      Pros

      Great company and good culture. People overall are professional, smart and collaborative. My team is well managed and management is always finding ways to manage high volumes so work-life balance is good. Great benefits, including health insurance and amazing 401K contribution (best I have seen in the industry).

      Cons

      Does not pay as well as some other companies out there. Bonuses are also small compared to competition.

      - Really smart coworkers - good place to start and get your footing - lots of learning opportunities

      Cons

      - alot of teams only operate with 1-2 stars where the rest of the team slacks - management is based on friendship not on merit - if you want to get promoted, you need to be parts of the boys club
