Great co workers and cohesive environment. Operations Management is really good and let their staff work and grow instead of micromanaging
Cons
Raises don't seem to be related to performance only annual merit raises happen. Under compensated compared to rest of market so its hard to offer loyalty. Hard to move departments, professional growth seems blocked. Benefits provider is hard to work with. Seems like a hard time for the company
