I have the unfortunate experience of working for this company, and I can confidently say it is a dreadful one. I, and all the employees, have been actively exploring new job opportunities. They often tout the motto "we are family," but no one treats their family that way. This company reeks of greed and is run more like a monarchy than a modern business. As for fair compensation, don't even think about it. The vast majority of the employees haven't seen a raise in over a decade, which speaks volumes about their complete disregard for the well-being of their workforce. In fact, we had a manager who genuinely cared about the well-being of the employees, but unfortunately, the powers that be, managed to find a way to part with him. Avoid this company at all costs; it's a toxic environment with no regard for its employees' hard work and dedication.
