Everyone seems to just be trying to get through the day. Owners are blocking incentives to “reinvent company culture” . It seems counter productive. No time off until your first complete year then you finally earn 5 days. Just 5. Until your 3rd year. They don’t invest in employees. You’re stuck where you’re at. Not learning any new skill and no one but you trying to develop the old ones. Don’t expect more than a paycheck that’s just enough to get by.
