So many safety hazards - Operations New Gold Employee Review

- Too many people on different schedules: 2x2, 1x1, 5/4/2/3, Mon -- Fri, Mon -- Thurs. Difficult to get the support you need - 5 hr bus ride to Winnipeg and travel is on your own time, pretty much lose 2 days every rotation - They cut the food budget at camp and banned plastic water bottles - Some people never been to any other mine, no clue how things work - Company invites a bunch of external consultants to run the show and end up making things worse - Safety is a complete joke and Ministry of Labour has visited so many times - Can't find qualified people, and the good people who do come in leave due to the above reasons and don't stay long. It's a revolving door
