The only pro at this company was that you would not have a typical shift, but that's any Case Manager position. They are special.

Literally almost everything. Everybody talks about each other . CEO and his wife are never on the same page with the employees. If you won't ghetto, this is where to look ! They hold peoples paychecks after they have done the work to receive them. They drop your pay rate to minimum wage for issues on their end. They expect you to work miracles when they drop the ball. After you no longer work there whether it's termination or your choice of leaving, they expect you to do like a months more work free of charge.
