The pay was great and the casual atmosphere was a nice benefit. Owner understanding when additional time off was needed.

Family run company and growth was only available to a certain level. If you are not a family member or a good family friend, forget going too far. Company decisions made on a whim by family members not really involved in the business. It appeared that too many family members had control over company money.
