The direct-service employees, specifically case workers, really care about clients. The desire to provide quality care is real.
Cons
Upper management is out of touch with what it takes to do the day-to-day jobs of working hands on with clients. They’re focus is implementing programs that look good on paper but take away from the real needs the clients need met.
