Incredible empathy and staff support

The job is very demanding and takes a certain kind of person to make it work

Management truly values their employees and want to see them succeed. The whole treatment team focuses on how they can individualized the student's journey to best meat their therapeutic needs. The Wisconsin Northern woods are beautiful. The company approach is trauma informed and truly focused on the care giver relationship.

Some don't like the 8 days on and 6 days off schedule (though I do). Medford in 2.5 hours away from any major city. The company is being let go by their parent company and will have their last day on April 30th.
