You get a lot of freedom to be yourself, and work with your own style when it comes to repairs, and interacting with customers.
Cons
Repairs aren't always done correctly by other techs, and the policy is to be dishonest with customers (EG, telling customers they use original Apple parts when they do iPhone screen replacements, when they actually use 3rd party parts.)
