Good location. Growing business, so opportunity to lead and contribute to important projects. Achievers not doers. Good salary

People are promoted for being smart and fast, and not for people or leadership skills. There are many bosses and few leaders. It's not a particularly inspiring place to work. Pace is rushed. Does not feel like they genuinely care about their customers or employees.
