Poor C-level staff - Business Development Manager NewLane Finance Employee Review

The company runners are... Well they're old timers and I was once warned about their level of greed a long time ago. Didn't put much stock in the warning until I was witness to a red faced full on dressing down of reps that weren't to 100% of plan. Some reps were at 99% of plan and they were yelled at just the same. The exact words of "you're all costing me money!" echoed in my head and I haven't looked back.
