Pros
Management cares very much for their employees - ESPP option, 401K contributions, free lunch and free breakfast once a week. Employees are respectful and friendly. Very much enjoyed my time at NewLink Genetics.
Cons
Senior management is out of touch with the daily operations required to complete projects, they play favorites with employees regardless of actual competency.
