The PTO is great and they're flexible. Everyone in the office takes their role seriously and works hard so stuff gets done, but they're also helpful. It's a generally good atmosphere to work in with a cohesive goal and culture.

Pros
Easy to get into, prior experience not needed. Pay is okay, but not enough for what you do. 401k match is good.
Cons
No possibility for upward growth beyond getting more work assigned to you. Management is really bad and you have zero support when bad ideas come down for headquarters/upper management. Waste of time if you are looking to develop professionally.
