Professional Growth: There are ample opportunities for professional development through training programs, workshops, and mentorship. Flexible Work Environment: The company offers flexible working hours and remote work options, which can help maintain a good work-life balance. Positive Work Culture: Newrocket fosters a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging diversity and employee engagement.

Cons

Pay Structure: The compensation packages is less, especially when compared to industry standards for Servicenow skill. Workload: At times, the workload can be quite demanding, leading to burnout. Pros

Flexible hours and my base salary is competitive Access to a lot of AI tools and learning content

Cons

This company has some of the worst leadership I’ve ever seen. There is no management layer. It is a bunch of individual contributors clustered with a reporting hierarchy but I have seen very little people management, development or general leadership qualities. Everyone is out for themselves and only cares about the flavor of the month to impress the new C suite. Exec turnover and general turnover has exacerbated this but it’s a culture issue. This company truly sucks. I would not recommend even if you are desperate. Wait a year until the VC sells it. The company has never turned a profit
