Fake and untrustworthy staff. CEO has absolutely no backbone, no guts, and from listening to conversations is not a businesswoman. She’s excellent at networking. Takes expensive classes in how to be a CEO… much of the work is based on high school business classes. Real decisions are made by the Chairman of their board.
