Pros
Got very good hands on technical work experience that can be hard to get in other companies. Also enjoyed working with my colleagues in my department.
Cons
Was moved around alot to help out in other departments/areas. Depending on the situation, this can be both a positive and a negative. It was a negative for me because when I was asked to help out in other areas, I didn't enjoy the work or value the work experience so in that instance, you should try to reward staff by helping them get good work experience that they want to get which they may not get otherwise.
