      Colleagues are friendly, pay on time.

      Cons

      Encourage to work overtime, which means hardworking and diligent. No risk of awareness for the management, the pressure will transfer to the one below the chain. Lack of manpower, very tight working schedules. Real salary lower, illusory bonus higher.
