Pros

Most people are nice. We bond over terrible leadership.

Cons

The leadership at the company is terrible. This is the worst place I have ever worked at. It’s one notch up from a sweatshop. The CEO is an absolute narcissistic. He wastes everyone’s time with tasks that add no value. The entire C-Suite is filled with yes men who will never stand up to his abusive behavior. He loves to call large meetings and embarrass people in front of others. His behavior is borderline harassment. Their treatment of Covid has been absolutely terrible as well. They don’t announce when people get covid because they don’t want to shut the office down, especially since they force everyone to be there 5 days a week. They think that when people wfh, “nothing gets done”. Furthermore, C-Level feels like they are too good to wear masks, unless of course the health inspector swings by that day. The turnover here is extremely high, yet, the CEO and COO think that it’s HR’s fault. Even if you don’t directly deal with the c-suite, the impact of their leadership transcends down. The C-Level is extremely under qualified and are running the company into the ground. They don’t value their employees, rather they see them as a commodity. They will never get good talent that way. Everyone walks around this place miserable. Almost everyone here is either looking for another job, or staying here because of their immigration status.

Pros

Great learning opportunities with exposure to multiple aspects of the business. Fast-paced environment that encourages continuous growth and adaptability. Clear team structure and well-defined responsibilities, allowing employees to stay focused and execute efficiently. Plenty of opportunities to take ownership of projects and make a meaningful impact. Collaborative teams and strong cross-functional communication.

Cons

As a global company with a diverse workforce, communication styles can vary across teams. In some situations, discussions may take place in languages other than English, which can occasionally create challenges for employees who are not fluent in those languages.
