Pros

Paid holidays, PTO, Sick pay, benefits, decent pay. I moved up pretty quickly and within a year had a 50% pay increase from where they started me. My team was amazing and everyone I worked with was friendly and eager to assist team mates.

Cons

-Management seems spread out too thin at times, you might be switched to another department without notice and when you ask your direct manager about it - they have no idea why or what is going on... Being thrown into a queue that you are not yet set up to handle (missing permissions, no access to channels ect) and getting stuck on a call with a customer you literally cannot help.. -Layoff without notice < A fair severance package was offered

Cons

As a global company with a diverse workforce, communication styles can vary across teams. In some situations, discussions may take place in languages other than English, which can occasionally create challenges for employees who are not fluent in those languages.
