Co-workers are amazing. There is some flexibility depending on the department.
Cons
Upper management wants employees to creating biweekly or monthly power point presentations on what they are working on. In addition to this upper management wants employees to input all tasks into multiple tracking systems making work counter productive. Many employees are leaving and positions are not getting back filled, creating a larger workload for the remaining employees. The budget for 2022 was not been provided to managers to see how their dept/division is truly performing. Overall employee moral is at an all time low.
