Employee Appreciation, Family Orientated company a great benefits package. Newell is an constantly growing company and all employees have great opportunity for growth.

Maybe we could use a little more of a PTO package, ours is fine but sometimes it seems a little less, which is unusual for this company.

Compensated well overall and flexible sick days/PTO

The day to day interactions with majority of my cross-functional team members sometimes makes the job miserable. Poor communication, lack of common sense, etc. Newell as a whole does re-orgs way too frequently, and there is poor communication at total business level between teams
