Disappointing - Property Manager Newmark Employee Review

Initial optimism quickly faded due to a micromanager in charge of the Property Management who was both neurotic and overly controlling. The high staff turnover should serve as a clear indicator of the dysfunction within the organization, yet they continue to keep this individual employed. Long hours, due to high turnover and having to do others work. Lot's of manipulation and unrealistic expectations.
