      Good coworkers, managers, opportunity to grow, they give you opportunities to learn more rather than pigeonhole you and forget about you

      Cons

      Not really any, the commute can be long but that is typical of mining so I really can't fault Newmont with that.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
