      Pros

      Pay and benefits package are outstanding, company seems well organized atleast from the bottom. Safety is stressed for all operations. They are understanding of military obligations.

      Cons

      It is almost impossible to terminate employees that don't perform. The Union is tough to deal with. Advancement to management takes a very long time.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
