      Company is so large it's disconnected from reality Change is slow Company tries to be streamlined which doesn't work since it's international and every mine site has different mining methods and needs

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
