7yI am sorry that you were not happy at Newport Group and hope that you have now found a role that suits you better. No company is a one size fits all. In the past few years, as we have integrated the businesses we have acquired, we have made a considerable investment in aligning our service streams and operating platforms and in managing these significant changes sensitively with our clients and people. Turnover within our company is no higher than that within other financial service organizations and we track this carefully and take action to address areas of concern. We have a number of roles and people that successfully work flexibly and internal promotion remains the key source for filling our opportunities. The need to protect the security of sensitive client data means, however, that not all roles are able to operate remotely.
