Lots of pressure to lock loans, no matter what; some level of micromanaging, though not as bad as I've heard at other companies. ZERO work / life balance. They will work you on the weekends if your sales team's numbers aren't up to snuff. Hard to get any day off for anything. "Support" and learning is hit or miss. If you have a good manager, you're in good shape. If not, you better just figure it out. I've seen managers rip into new hires before for not knowing what they don't know.
